Harbour Village Marina (just north of Wrightsville Beach), - 30 foot slip for sale, #E-16, $123k. Special assessment of $7,500 has been paid for all new floating docks in the entire marina and will be installed starting in December.
The quarterly dues are $203.00, which includes electricity billed to the marina and included in the dues, so you do not have any additional charges. The taxes paid for 2006 were $190.35.
The marina has all floating docks, which run across the transom of all of the docks, and all have a full length finger pier that is also a floating dock. The current docks have been in place for 25 years and they anticipate the new docks lasting longer since the decking is all composite material.
The marina is approximately 10 miles north of Masonboro Inlet and approximately 1 mile north of New Topsail Inlet.
Parking directly in front of slip and very close to marina building, fuel docks, pump out station, bath house and showers. I purchased a larger slip in the marina and want to sell the 30 foot one.
