Default Puppy drum and trout - Baldhead Island this Saturday Dec 16th?
Is anyone interested in fishing Bald Head Island marshes this Saturday Dec 16th for puppy and trout?
I've read a couple of articles lately (see Dec issue of NC Sportsman Mag) about this spot.
It seems like one would put in at Fort Fisher boat ramp, though I am not sure how long the paddle is to the BHI marshes. I've never paddled that area.

Anyone interested in giving it a shot, or contributing information to the plans? Anyone already fished this area?
