 Elevations?
Well with new cell phone, navigational systems, GPS, and map technology, information is sometimes at our fingertips. So what is your elevation at home? NC is very diverse in this respect. I live in the foothills(literaly at the foot of the mountains). My elevation at home is 1395ft. In 20 to 30 min I can be over 3000ft. This means milder winter temps without the harsh mountain weather, but it is there if I want to see it.
