 Cane Creek Park in Waxhaw?
Anyone here have experience at Cane Creek Park in Waxhaw? I understand there are no motorboats on the lake (or is pond?) there. My wife and I are getting our first kayaks and thought that might be a good spot for beginners. How's the fishing there?
BTW, I've mentioned on other threads that I've been searching for my first kayak. Finally made the decision today....a Heritage Redfish 12. I'm having two flush mount rod holders, a Scotty and an anchor rig installed. I pick it up Saturday and plan to have it wet by Sunday at the latest. |
