Default Major and minor "bite times"

I was recently discussing the old Field and Stream calendar (with the fish shapes indicating good and poor days to fish) with a friend and mentioned the fact that he believed very much in "bite times" and said these were published on most websites. He said usually twice a day, animals in nature would feed. Fish, deer, etc. The best time to catch fish was referred to as the "Major Bite Time" and the lesser of the two was, of course, the "Minor Bite Time". I poked around and searched a little but have been unable to find much information, let alone a calendar or chart with the bite times listed.Any idea where I might find this information?
