Default Too Cold To Fish

It has gotten too cold to fish. I wish there were some way to present that news more gently but, alas, there is not. My nearly 54 year old bones just don't want to get in the 'yak and out on the water like I used to.

To keep from driving wife nuts, I have decided to take up the manly art of netmaking and am going to try (note that I said try to weave a cast net over the cold months. I'll still get into Dawson Creek when I can but suspect that most of my fishing time will be spent getting ready for fishing time.

What is everyone else doing to get through the "coldrums"? If you are fishing, please tell me what you do to fight the elements ... I need some time on the water badly!!!
