Hey gary those pvc fittings can be found at the plumbing section in lowes to make the pipe go up and down. If you by the flounder lights already put together the are able to move up and down.

Thanks downeast fisherman. I talked with a guy who has been flounder gigging from his kayak he has a sit on top and hangs a dive light over the side. well a light bulb went off in my head. Its always been something I have wanted to try and the ultimate is a perfect platform for it so I got to building and Im very pleased with the end result it works great. just waiting for the right night and some time to get out and do it again
