Default Is your account "Bounced"?

There are a bunch of NCangler.com accounts that have old or inaccurate email addresses. We only occasionally send out an email to our membership but when we do we have lots that come back as "undeliverable" because the email account did not exist, the mailbox was full, etc. And if you have subscribed to be notified when someone posts to a thread you've started or if you have subscribed to another's thread an email is sent to you. If your email address is not current and accessible the message will be "bounced" back to our server.

We have setup some automatic software so that if an email is sent to your address in your user profile and is returned, that user account is moved to the "bounced" user group. That doesn't mean that they've been bounced off the site. It means that the email address was bounced back to our server so they were moved to the "Bounced" user account until a valid email address is entered. If you log into the site and get a Private Message about being bounced, just follow the instructions to correct your email address.

After you edit your email address, send me a note to let me know so I can move you out of the bounced group. If you have any problems with it send me an email and I'll make the change for you. Thanks for keeping your email address current.
