Ok, so depending on what you want to rig on your boat and how fancy you want to get with the rigging, here some things you might need for your kayak:

Pad Eyes
Hooks
Clasp
Rope
Bungy
Rod Holders
Cleat
Ring
Carabiner

Other items that you might need are scupper plugs, rod floats, rod leash, paddle leash, paddle holders, etc.

You can do a great deal of rigging with pad eyes and bungy. And you will need them for many different projects.
