I sneaked away from work long enough to take a quick jaunt down to Wilmington to check out a boat I am interested in buying. (Of course I brought a rod or three and a small tackle contingent.)
After I finished an overview, sea trial and compression checks with the seller, I used the rest of the day to get the family set up on the beach while I made my way onto the "planks"....uh...I mean "concrete" to see what was going on.
