 Falls Lake Crappie
I live about 5 minutes from Falls and have used the lake often for pulling my teenagers around the lake. I have never had much luck fishing there. I have a 2 yr old that fished 3 hours with me this weekend and seems to love to fish. My goal is to be able to go to Falls and show him a good time catching fish. With a 2 yr old-looking to find something thats easy to fish-Crappie.
I am not looking for anyones favorite spots but general where to go on the lake to catch crappies. Depth you fish in - general area - depth you set the bait at. I have been putting in at Six Forks and headed to the bays and fishing around 6 ft of water with no luck.
Will catch and release. Just trying to change my attitude towards fishing at Falls and show my little guy a good time.
