Donate old fishing equipment?

Anyone know of an organization that is set-up to receive donations of old fishing equipment? I am particuallarly looking for a "Take kids fishing" style organization. I have a few reels and rods that have been replaced throughout the years and have not seen much use in several seasons. Most reels are lighter weight, plastic based, cheaper designs, but still function.
