Default CB Pier Report

To start with it has been driving me crazy hearing about the spanish on Topsail, so Sat at 7 am when I got off work I figured I can sleep any time lets go fishing. Got to the pier about 8 am and ask if any spanish had been caught there the answer I got was a few if any. Figured I would fish any way the morning was kind of slow a few small whitings and blues. I plugged most of the time and the blues were small till after the tide changed at noon then the larger blues moved in. The kingfisherman on the end landed about 6 chopper blues and saw a couple lost on bottom rigs. I end up catching some nice 1-2 lb blues and the only spanish( about 2 1/2lb) that was seen before I left at 3pm not a bad day. Went home and had a nice broiled spanish dinner and crashed on the couch.
