 Topsail Tides?
I'm staying at a place that is near the Surf City swing bridge, Waters Bay actually. Tonight when I came home at 8pm the water was as high as I'd seen it. I checked my tide table and New Topsail Inlet high tide was at 4pm. It's not a full or new moon so are my tides really 4 hours behind the inlet? There was no wind pushing the water. What's the scoop?
