Default grouchy old coot at 35

fished one of my favorite little headwater streams yesterday and had a great time except for finding a blasted styrofoam worm cup laying on the ground. there is not a place left on this earth that does not have a worm cup sitting there waiting for you. My wife says I am going to be a bitter old man if I don't stop griping about the small stuff. I think I have come up with a couple of ideas that would stop this littering problem. bait containers would be made out of cast iron, attached to a high strength logging chain worn around the neck. there would also be a $100 security deposit on each container, if you cannot afford the deposit, a note from your mother or pastor vouching for your good character, along with your fingerprints will do. the first offense for leaving the container laying on the ground will be that your are shot at sunrise. not killed, mind you, just clipped so that you limp for a little while. anyway my wife is telling me to think happy thoughts. one good thing about yesterday was that little rainbows and brookies loved my elk hair caddis' and I had the place all to myself, even while being surrounded by " non- natives"
