Was fishing at a lake in the Air ranch in eastover (fayetteville) with one of my friends. we couldnt use a boat so we swam everywhere in the lake (prol about 16 acre lake a little bit bigger then simmons lake on fort bragg) and we started fishing around 4 and finished around 8 tonight. We caught 11 total largemouth and lost 6 additional fish either bad hooksets or they were breaking lines or bad knots (most of them were his i only lost 2 cuz i'm good like that
). I caught 7 and my friend caught 4. I caught 2 of mine off a tequilla shad culprit 7.5 inch ribbon tail worm texas rigged, (the 2 largest), and the rest off this minnow I'm not sure what it was it was like a jigged minnow that we just cranked threw the water and they would NAIL it. He caught all of his off of it as well. I would post pictures but we couldnt take any, because we swam EVERYWHERE in that lake it was disgusting and I smell really bad right now. But it was some of the most fun I've had in a while !! just wanted to tell someone since i already told my dad lol
