I live in Charlotte and I am spending the Memorial holiday on Lake James and would LOVE to do some smallmouth fishing. I can either trailer my own boat up there or find someone to rent a boat from for one day, can anyone provide some info and advice on best places to fish ( I prefer to flyfish for smallies) and a place that can rent me a boat for a day.
