[chuck n duck]

My name is David, and I live in Greensboro, NC. My wife would say that I have a problem, I say just a "healthy interest" in fishing! I particularly enjoy fishing for Shad, Stripers, Smallmouth, Red Drum, and Flounder. I grew up fishing ponds around NC and Lockwood Folly inlet at Long Beach for whatever would bite. I mostly fly fish now, but I'm not a fly fishing snob. I will throw whatever I have. Explanation of my screen name - Duck is what you must do when you Chuck a heavy fly with a little wind blowing into casting arm. If you do not duck when you chuck, the fly may wind up lodged in your back, ear, head, etc... Anyway, I am excited to see this forum, and I look forward to exchanging fishing info on the site.
