Greeting to you all in NC. I was reared in WNC but now live in North GA. I have been lurking in the background keeping tabs on the NC action from time to time. Freshwater streams / lakes out of Kayak is my normal fishing activity. Have been to barrier islands of GA for an extended vacation in Oct. Love the salt water just as much as fresh. Never know what you might hook up with! My father had an annual trip to outer banks surf fishing which I regretted not being a part of!
