Default Chesapeake report

Sorry I know this post is out of area but wanted to give a report for anybody who was considering heading up to Chesapeake. We trolled about 8 lines with umbrella rigs, spoons and daisy chains all over the upper bay from about 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, only one rockfish, at about 2:30 PM, but it was a beauty. 34 inches, I'd say about 20 pounds. Hit a chartreuse daisy chain about 180 feet back. I'll post a pic once I figure out how. From the radio it sounded like bite was slow for just about everybody, one guy did land a 50 inch fish around the gas docks on MD side of Potomac. Too cloudy, cold and choppy to go out on Sunday (and too hungover).
Tight lines
