Key West Captains?

Can someone recommend a couple good captains in Key West? I'd like to go fishing two days - 1 inshore & 1 offshore.
Inshore - I'm looking for a guide that can put be on some tarpon, permit, bonefish or hopefully a gran slam. I don't fly-fish so I need a light tackle guide.
Offshore - I would like to find a marlin but I'd be happy learning a new technique such as butterfly jigging, dropping for swordfish, or kite fishing for sails.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
