Default Take a kid fishing, Chattahoochee River, GA

Hello all! Its been a long time since I posted here. I moved out of NC last December, and am living in the Atlanta area. So, Saturday was a "take a kid fishing" event. Georgia DNR was going to do their last trout stocking of the Chattahoochee River for the year (The Hooch, right at the southern end of Lake Lanier is the southernmost trout waters in the US). There were a ton of kids, and lots of noise and commotion, but in all that my goddaughter and I were still able to hook into a couple of trout, and I just had to show them off . Hope everyone out in NC is doing okay and finding gas when you need it!

-Eric
