Fly tying Demo - Gander Mtn, Fayetteville - Feb 25 & Mar 9

Gander Mountain (Fayetteville, Skibo Rd location) called me a few days ago and asked if I would do a fly tying demonstration in front of the tying material at the Fayetteville store on Sunday Feb 24th and Sunday March 9th between the hours of 1-3pm.

After checking my calendar I replied "sure, love to do" - My plan is to show how to tie some easy patterns, i.e. Allieworm, Foam Beetle and Woollybugger. These are all proven fish catchers and if you can learn to tie them, you have also learned basic tying techniques which will enable you to move on to more complex patterns. Come on by to take a look, chew the fat and swap stories.
