Scanoe info needed

I'm looking to buy this southeasttexas.com - Classifieds - Results Scanoe for $400 including the motor it is a pretty good deal.

Has anyone ever used one of these and if so, what are your thoughts on them?

I'll be using it in Salt water lakes, fresh water rivers and lakes and maybe at the beach.
