    Default catfish near jacksonville NC

    I am fairly new to the area looking for a good place to catfish. I have tried to fish for cat on base, but the base ponds i don't believe have anything at all in them. I am looking for somewhere fairly close to jacksonville. If anyone knows any spots please let me know. Thanks
