catfish species in Catawba Chain

I live and have fished extensively for catfish on Mt. Island. A lot of it was in my younger years (i'm only 27 now). I don't know of ever catching a bullhead or white catfish. Anyone know if these would be in Mt. Island or anywhere on the Catawba chain? I jug fished quite a bit with a plethora of baits so I figure if they were in there I had caught them but don't remember.
