anyone fish Sunset Beach?

Looking for someone who wouldn't mind a tag-a-long to learn more about surf fishing this area. I've fished forever, started doing surf fishing at 14, out in LA, CA area. Moved to Northern CA and started fly fishing, same out in NY but all for freshwater fish. I have a 9w 9' rod and reel, know how to do all the stuff except what's happening here.
