I can under stand your position. Today I would think like youwith the cost to get started,you have known idea what to purchase ,and fly casting looks difficult. I am sure the members on this site will be happy to answer you question or give you hands on instruction on fly casting.If anyone wants to learn how to fly cast I am willing to help if you can come to Southern Pines. You can sign up for a clinic at the Pechmann Center in Fayetteville join A Trout Unlimited or Federation of Fly Fishermans Club. If you fish for Pan Fish,Bass or Trout you will have ball.
