First Wild Trout

I have a job that requires me to travel all over the country and I pass by the best fishing spots in the country. Last year, I decided that I begin to take advantage of the situation and I bought a 4pc TFO 4wt and an 8wt that now go everywhere that I go. Also, I began tying my own flies last year and I have become addicted to the scope that Fly Fishing has to offer. Yesterday, I met with a group of people I work with who took me out to the Black River in Upstate NY. They fished with natural bait while I beat the water with my Fly Rod and a Egg Sucking Leech pattern that I tied. I know it's not an NC fish but I feel very fortunate that my first Wild Brown was 16 Inches and caught on my own fly and I wanted to share with all of you. Thanks Tom
