Default Mitchell River

Other than my buddy locking his keys in his truck, it was a great day on Saturday. It was our first time there, and that stream has some beautiful sections.

Saw a handful of guys fishing, but we still managed to catch a bunch. Biggest were a couple of 15 or 16" browns. I caught most of mine on a tiny white jig (I spin fish), and my buddy (flyfishing) caught most of his on beadheads.

Talked to a couple other guys on the stream, who were also very polite and talkative.

Ohh, was also stopped by a game warden, who checked our license. I have absolutely no problem with that... hopefully it will scare the poachers/bait users out of the DH areas.
