Default Rods / Hooks Per Person

Does NC have a line in the water per person limit and is there a limit to the number of hooks per line?

I have read the regs looking specifically for this and have not been able to find any info on it...

I am a Great Lakes fisherman who is used to being limited to two lines in the water per person and not able to use a rig with anymore than two hooks, the only exception being a lure with multiple hooks such as a rapalas.

I don't plan on using more than two since they get hard to manage if you are by yourself, but trolling three or four lures at different depths can help to locate fish in an unfamiliar enviroment... Thanks for your assistance...
