Default Latitude and Longitude

I have been working with topographical maps and the Military Grid Reference System since I was 14 but I never took the time to really undestand Lat/Long. Since, I've start fishing at the coast and have purchased a Charts a book , I decided to brush up on the subject. I found this tutorial site that really explains it all effectively and quickly.
