Bear

Anyone have any tips or info about Bear Island, and the bogue sound/ inlet area? I have a Hobie Adventure. This would be my first trip to the coast. I usually fish Harris and Jordan. I am looking to go June or July, I hear it gets a bit congested, but the marsh and flats should be empty...thoughts?
