Default Brunswick Co. power plant

My wife works for Progress Energy and recently she learned of restricted waters that are controlled by them. We live in the Raleigh area and the power plant in this area has a restricted area that has AWESOME bass fishing. The restricted areas are limited to employees and close relatives. Wondering if any of you guys know about the Brunswick Co. plant area. We were told that their "restricted water" is saltwater and I'm guessing that it's as good as the freshwater area is up here. Anyone know what Im talking about?
