EI update

Ok, My brother and I finally made it to Shell Rock Landing after getting directions from a local. We put in and spent the first hour or so trying to catch bait in what turned out to be the first section of Queens creek with little success. We then went up the IC to the channel and anchored up outside what appeared to be a creek. I caught my first Speck of my life on a gold and black rattle trap. (This was my goal so I can go home happy.) My brother then caught 3 more on White gulp jerk Shad. All 4 were between 15 and 18 inches so there going to be eaten. We then got into the Lizzard fish and couldn't stop catching them. I guess not bad for a couple of boy's who don't know much about Salt water.

This morning and afternoon we fished the surf and caught puppy drum, blues and a lot of under size flounder. All on cut mullet and blue. This moring it felt like we were in Alaska. My dad and brother are coming in tonight so I hope to put them on some fish and I can sit back and smile with the camera. More later.
