Freckled fish

I caught freckled fish today, and I caught a lot. They were all running around 12-13 inches. Little runts. I caught the majority of the fish on Rapala x raps. It outfished the gulp, monkey juice alives, and powerbaits probably 3 to 1. Just couldn't find any large ones. Had a few dinky drum and flounder in the mix as well. I can't give you an exact location,(freckled code of honor), but I ran up the ICW and was fishing in Speckhunter's backyard. Could be a number of locations.
