Default Here's a tip

When fishin offshore and you spot a sea turtle(s), slow down, not only for the turtles sake, but pay attention to the sonar. Turtles hang out over broken/rocky bottoms/reef areas in search of food.

Good point on this was when fishin in Bay City Fla. there's known rock piles about 8 miles out of the inlet, it's common for sea turtles to regulary show and hang out in that area on a constant basis due to the food available for them. We've found same thing applies to east coast as well.

So next time ya see a turtle or two, stop and check out the area, ya just might find a normally "over-looked" spot!
