line color

i am planning a trip to the morehead city, beaufort area next weekend and my target fish are trout and reds. i have a couple of questions if someone doesnt mind chiming in on.
1) high vis or low vis line? or does it even matter as long as i have a mono or fluorocarbon leader?
2) im assuming grubs and spinnerbaits would work along with soaking a live mud minnow or finger mullet. what color combinations work well this time of year with the jig heads and grubs?
