Where in MHC turning basin to fish for VA Mullet?

Where in MHC turning basin to fish for VA Mullet?

I am planning to go to MHC this Sat. and wanted to know if anyone has caught any VA mullet in the turning basin and where would be the best spot to target them. Also can Trout be found in the basin?
