Hi all. I have installed a
Help Desk system and I've added a link for the
Help Desk above. Should you have any technical problems or questions about how to do something on the site, please click on the "Help Desk" link and submit a ticket. The first time you use the Help Desk you will need to register a username and password. It can be the same as your NCangler.com username and password if you like.
You MUST provide a valid email address that will not be blocked by spam filters in order to receive your support ticket email responses. Please add "support@ncangler.com" to your list of accepted email addresses. If you do not receive a confirmation email for your registration then email me directly at
support@ncangler.com and let me know. By registering in the Help Desk system you will have access to any tickets you submit over time, which may be helpful if you encounter the same problem at a later date but forgot the solution to it. All support questions should be directed to the "Help Desk".
I will also be adding some "
Troubleshooter" tips and "
Articles" to the Help Desk in the next few weeks. If there are any specific technical or operational guides that you would like me to develop and add please let me know. The Help Desk support center will be shared between NCangler.com, AmericanAngler.US and TriumphOwners.net, all websites that I administer. Thanks!
