Flounder Hunting

Hello all I am Joe from Atlanta GA and would like to say hello. I am new to this site as well as new to fishing in North carolina. I am currently in between boats so I am stuck to the land right now. I would like any information on places to fish for Flounder and Specks. Also if anyone knows of inexpensive charters that fish for the small game let me know please.
