Hello, just wanted to drop a line!! Just moved my family from Iowa (river rat) and am a bit overwhelmed with the lake fishing scene. We are close to Falls Lake and have claimed that as our home water. Went out on our 18 ft fisher last weekend, a bit windy, but fun and of course with my experience navigating on moving water, didn't find it hard to move around at all. I am just getting into fishing for more that just catfish and am very impressed with this site. I wasn't brough up fishing so am finding a long learning curve, but feel that my 2 young boys deserve to have exposure to the great american hobby, plus i have found it incredibly challenging as well as fun.
