Hello everyone

I joined the site about 2 weeks ago and figured i better introduce myself. My names Brian and have a 16ft sea nymph boat with a 50hp Johnson on it. I fish alot for catfish or anything else that bites in the Cape Fear River down stream from lock & dam 2 around the area that some people call little sugar loaf. Its approximatly 10 miles down from the dam. Me and a few friends usally camp there every other weekend if the weathers nice. So if you ever down that way and see some guys camping stop in and say hello or bring your camping gear and join in. I also fish the Black River around Ivanhoe . I normally put in at Henry's Landing and fish for bream. Ill try to keep everyone inform on how the fishing is in these areas and maybe post some pictures when me or a friend catches something worth bragging about. We camped on the Cape Fear Saturday night and didn't have much luck with the catfish. We caught 3 small flatheads soon as we got there Saturday but after that they got the lockjaw.
