Hello from the VOL state

I love NC. I was raised in Asheville but moved to TN in 1988. I love to visit the beaches of NC to relax and do a little fishing. I have did some pier fishing and its ok,and I have fished on some head boat trips,ok too, but I really enjoy fishing in the surf. My dream fish is a nice flounder or possibly a drum ,but so far I havent had any luck. I have caught lots of what I think are Whiting and more little sharks than I can count. Maybe its bait or possibly technique not real sure. Anyway, I guess thats why they call it fishing. I will be visiting Emerald isle the week of 6/7- 6/14 if anyone would like to have a fishing buddy for the day, I will certainly supply the beverages of your choice.
