Helo guys and gals, (I'm sure)! Not that I'm asking to give up honey holes, especially with the low water, But how much of the natty can you actually fish above the power plant? And can anyone tell me where the actual rules change on the river? Isn't there a section with only single hooks, artificials only? If anyone can take the time to let me know it would be greatly appreciated. And how do you avoid all those rafts, lol Thanks in advance all!
