Default new guy on the bank

Hi Folks,
I'm counting on all of you to teach an ole dog new tricks. Should be easy for you cause most of my fishing has been in farm ponds and on the banks of the yadkin river using a cork and cane pole. I did spend quite a few October weeks around Avon during the 70's fishing for flounder and blues. All were memorable trips. I still fish the yadkin and will today for white bass but the surf around bald head island is the lure that's tough for me to pass up.

Greetings to all,
Gus
