I am pleased to say that I found this great web site when searching for info on how water pressure affects (or dosen't) fishing. The article by Dr.David Ross sums up what I suspected in a very clear manner.
As for me, guided on the Finger lakes of NFY years ago; now fish for sport. I am typically on the water arouns 125 or more days a year (i.e. in a 6 month season). Big time pike fisherman, then lake trout in the summer, back to pike in the Fall.
My limited saltwater experience includes white marlin, sailfish, blue fish, wahoo, dolphin, striped bass and one giant bluefin tuna. All on chartered boats.
Thank you for providing such an interesting and informative site for us fishermen and women and kids.
