New to NC Angler

Hi All!

I am from Holly Springs, right down the road from Harris Lake. My father is a commercial fisherman who fishes out of Oregon Inlet. With my fathers passion for fishing, I was fishing before I could ever walk. Now, I too carry that same passion and go as often as I can. I mainly like to fish fresh water for large mouth bass but will occasionally go out to the coast to go fishing with my dad. I don't currently own a boat so I am stuck on the side of the lake watching everyone go by in their boats, but I am saving up for one and hopefully I will have something that floats by the end of this new year. I enjoy learning new techniques and ideas on how to lure the big ones in so I will certainly enjoy this site. I have attached a few pictures. A friend of mine went bottom fishing with my father last August for Tile fish. Enjoy!
