New to NC angler

I have always loved to off shore fish. I have a 15 year old boy who wants to learn as well seems like this is a good place for advice. I have never truely mastered salt water fishing and need to find a place that people are willing to share advice. It is a rare thing to have a child interested and I fill I need to cultivate the desire. So I hope to gain Some insight from those who know a lot more than I.
