New to NC Fishing

I am recently relocated from Houston Texas (via Las Vegas, NV) and am interested in getting back into fishing. Based on what I have read, sounds as though I should get my ugly stick and triton into the surf. I currently live in Clayton, NC and look forward to learning from the readers about NC fishing.

I am interested in meeting others in the area who like surf fishing and would like to catch reds (channel bass), sharks, and other coastal species. Tight lines!!
